Justin T. Campagne

JUSTIN T. CAMPAGNE
Position: Attorney-Member
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Campagne was an associate in the litigation department of Cooley, Godward LLP, representing a variety of companies in complex business and technology litigation.

Mr. Campagne received a J.D., magna cum laude, in 2000 from the Santa Clara University School of Law. He was a recipient of American Jurisprudence Awards in Torts, Wills & Trusts, and Evidence, the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Insurance Law, and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in the Legal Profession. While in law school, he served as a Certified Legal Intern at the United States Attorney’s Office, Eastern District of California, where he prosecuted misdemeanor trials before the Federal Magistrate and District Courts. Mr. Campagne received a B.S., magna cum laude, in Business Administration from California State University, Fresno, in 1997.

Mr. Campagne is admitted to practice in all California Courts and in the United States District Courts for the Northern, Central, Southern, and Eastern Districts of California, for the United States District Court of Colorado and United States Court of Appeals - Ninth Circuit.


Mary F. Lerner
MARY F. LERNER
 Position: Attorney-Member
 Mary Lerner attended CSU Fresno where she obtained her B.A. in Political Science in 1997. Ms. Lerner  then attended San Joaquin College of Law where she obtained her Juris Doctor in 2002. Ms. Lerner has been with The Law Firm of Campagne, Campagne & Lerner since November 2002.

Ms. Lerner is admitted to practice in all California Courts and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Central,  Southern and Eastern Districts of California, The United States District Court of Colorado, and United States Court of Appeals - Ninth Circuit.  Ms. Lerner also serves on the Steering Committee for the Agricultural Law Section of the Fresno County Bar Association, which endeavors to acquaint local attorneys with current issues affecting agribusiness.


WILEY R. DRISKILL
 Position: Law Clerk
 Wiley Driskill attended Santa Clara University where he obtained his B.A. in History in 2000 and San Francisco State University where he obtained his M.A. in History in 2004, and was named by the faculty as the 2004 "Outstanding Graduate Student." Mr. Driskill then received his Juris Doctor in 2007 from the Santa Clara University School of Law where he was placed on the Dean's Honor List.  He was a recipient of the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Wills and Trusts and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Wills and Trusts.  Mr. Driskill previously served as a Judicial Extern for the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
