Felicity was born and raised in the Central Valley. She graduated from California State University, Fresno with honors in May 2020 with two Bachelor of Art Degrees in Philosophy and Political Science. Mr. Campagne started handling trials even while in law school, where he served as a Certified Legal Intern at the United States Attorney’s Office, Eastern District of California. There, during law school, he prosecuted misdemeanor trials before the Federal Magistrates and District Courts.
